Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether it’s the weight of anxiety, the heaviness of depression, or the deep impact of past trauma. My passion is walking alongside people through these difficult seasons, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can breathe, be heard, and begin to heal. I’m here to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, discover practical ways to cope, and find a renewed sense of hope and strength.

I also love working with couples who want to strengthen their marriage or find their way back to each other after a season of struggle. Relationships take intentional care, especially when life throws in big changes—like a move, a new job, becoming parents, or coping with loss. Together, we’ll work to rebuild connection, improve communication, and navigate life’s transitions so you can move forward feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to what matters most.
